2026 WV Youth Turkey Bash

Built around family mentorship and conservation, each $65 team entry includes one licensed family member—such as a dad, brother, or grandpa—and one youth hunter ages 5–17. Every youth participant receives a shirt and hat, a Golden Gun ticket for a chance to win a Boomstick, and a goodie table ticket placing them in drawings for thousands of dollars in outdoor gear. Teams hunt their own property just as they would on WV Youth Turkey Day, and whether a bird is harvested or not, everyone returns to the TopGun Shop at noon for awards, food, and prizes. All harvested birds are weighed and officially scored using NWTF measurements, with on-site measuring available before cleaning if taken early in the morning.
